March 21-23, as part of the site «Live Bar» at the exhibition «HoReCa 2017» specialists from SORSO di espresso and JS Barista Training Center will perform a number of lectures on the theme of coffee, as well as carry out the most ambitious tasting event!

For the third year, the Live Bar gathers the true professionals of the industry: from bartenders and baristas to restaurateurs and suppliers under the same roof.

During the exhibition on the site "Live Bar - Mixology. Tea. Coffee" there will be hmaster classes from professionals of bar art held. Visitors of the stand will have an opportunity to learn the latest trends of the industry, participate in master classes and taste the best products of 2017.

MEGA-TASTING from SORSO and JS!

Mega-tasting promises to be a memorable event! This has not happened in Belarus before! On the first day of the exhibition, more than 50 varieties of coffee will be brewed in alternative ways.
In classical tasting, coffee is brewed in cups and tasters try it by scooping the drink with a spoon. Taking into consideration the amount of people at the exhibition, such a method would be uncomfortable, so it was decided to make it not only the most ambitious, but also the most beautiful, brewing coffee in kemeksah and pour-overs.
Anyone can taste coffee from all corners of the planet, including microlots - rare and very expensive varieties of coffee.
The tasting will be held in three stages, each of which will be accompanied by lectures on the presented coffee grades.

Seminar on which the co-founder of the SORSO group of companies Oleg Senokosov will share his experience.
